Kevin qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2011 and progressed from Band 5 Staff Nurse to Band 7 Charge Nurse in emergency care, developing practical experience of clinical decision-making, leadership, risk and accountability.
He later spent five years in functional health assessment and two years in a Clinical Interviewer role, interviewing doctors, registered nurses and physiotherapists both independently and as part of clinical and non-clinical panels.
KJR was established to bring that clinical perspective into recruitment—helping employers look beyond CV presentation and gather stronger evidence of how a candidate thinks, communicates and understands the role.
